Missouri Beneficiary (transfer on death) Deed forms
There are 8 different versions for various combinations of Grantor (the property owner), Grantee Beneficiary (the heir), and debt or no debt encumbering the property. It is assumed multiple beneficiaries take ownership as joint tenants with right of survivorship.
