Arizona Beneficiary (transfer on death) Deed forms
There are 4 different versions for various combinations of grantor (the property owner) and the number of grantee beneficiaries (the heirs) and successor grantee beneficiaries ( back-up heirs). It is assumed grantee beneficiaries take ownership as joint tenants with right of survivorship.
