As far as we know, an online version of the Minnesota transfer on death form is not available for sale. The State of Minnesota provides free downloadable copies of the form (see the link below), but the copies are in PDF (Portable Document Format) files. These PDF files are image files that do not allow typing information into them. A form can be edited, however, if you convert it to a word processing file (such as Microsoft Word) using a PDF file converter software. Or you can convert the PDF file into into a fillable form using a PDF form-filler software. Various PDF file converter softwares are sold online.
